Menar Pastry Shop is a family business founded in 1997 in the beautiful town of Dospat.
Created with a passion for traditional confectionery and a desire to offer real, handcrafted desserts, it quickly became a favorite spot for those who appreciate authentic flavors.
For over 20 years, we have been offering a wide variety of cakes, pastries, baklava, tulumba, tatli, tartlets, and other sweet delights. We also make custom cakes tailored to your tastes and preferences for your special occasions.
Everything we create is freshly prepared on-site using carefully selected natural ingredients and locally sourced products. We do not use artificial sweeteners or pre-made mixes – every detail is our own work and a guarantee of quality.
The owner of the pastry shop – Jamal – carries on the family tradition inherited from his parents, who were also confectioners. Together with his wife, originally from Syria, they pour their hearts and souls into what they do. Some of our recipes are truly special – personally passed down by one of the most renowned pastry chefs in Damascus, giving our desserts a unique Eastern flavor.
